Components
Punching bar body: It is the core part of the kit, directly involved in the stamping work, and has various shapes and sizes according to different mold requirements and stamping processes, such as round punching pin, four-corner punching pin, five-corner punching pin, six-corner punching pin and so on.
Fixing device: It is used to install the punch bar firmly on the mold or stamping equipment to ensure that the punch bar will not be displaced or shaken during the stamping process, and common fixing devices include nuts, bolts, positioning pins and so on.
Guiding parts: help the punching rod to keep accurate movement direction during the punching process, improve punching accuracy and reduce the wear and damage of the punching rod, such as guide bushings, guide pillars and so on.
Auxiliary parts: such as shims, springs, etc. Shims are used to adjust the height and position of the punch bar, while springs can play a buffer role in the stamping process to protect the punch bar and the mold.
