Size customization:
According to different molds and stamping process requirements, we can customize various sizes of punching rods, including diameter, length, head shape and size, and so on. For example, in micro-precision stamping dies, the diameter of the bar can be customized to be only 0.1mm-1mm; while in large stamping dies, the diameter of the bar can be up to tens of millimeters or even larger, and the length can be customized according to the actual needs.
Shape customization:
In addition to common round punching pins, we can also customize a variety of shaped punching pins, such as four-corner punching pins, five-corner punching pins, six-corner punching pins, eight-corner punching pins, twelve-corner punching pins, plum blossom punching pins, mother-son punching pins, and star punching pins, etc., in order to satisfy the shapes of different stamping parts and process requirements. For example, in the stamping of automotive parts, it may be necessary to customize shaped pins to match the shape of specific parts.
Performance customization:
According to the characteristics of the stamping material and the requirements of the processing technology, customize the punching pin with different performance. For example, for the stamping of stainless steel with high hardness, tungsten carbide punch pins with higher hardness and better toughness can be customized; for the occasions requiring high-speed stamping, powder high-speed steel punch pins with good red hardness and wear resistance can be customized; in some stamping processes with high requirements on surface quality, ultra-smooth punch pins with a surface roughness of Ra0.03 can be customized as well.
