Material:High-speed steel and titanium and tungsten carbide

High speed steel (HSS) is a tool steel with high hardness, high wear resistance and high heat resistance, also known as high speed tool steel or sharp steel, commonly known as white steel.


HSS has good process performance, good strength and toughness, so it is mainly used to manufacture complex thin-edged and impact-resistant metal cutting tools, but also high-temperature bearings and cold extrusionmoulds,etc.Titanium plating process increases the hardness and wear resistance of the product, prolonging the service life of the product.


Tungsten steel (Cemented Carbide) has a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, better strength and toughness, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. In particular, its high hardness and wear resistance remain basically unchanged even at a temperature of 500 ℃, and it still has a very high hardness at 1000 ℃.
