The principle of opening and closing mould is simple: the mould is opened by turning or pulling the movable mould. Unlike ordinary mould, the opening and closing mould have movable parts so that the finished product can be easily dismantled. An open-close mould can consist of three or four pieces. Material:Tungsten carbide and High-speed steel

Tungsten steel (Cemented Carbide) has a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, better strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Its high hardness and wear resistance remain basically unchanged even at a temperature of 500°C, and it still has high hardness at 1000°C. The main components of tungsten steel are tungsten carbide and cobalt, and other metals account for 1%, which makes it extremely high hardness and wear resistance.
